Neeraj Bhardwaj - President and Founder
I’m a “make it happen” kind of guy who decided a while ago vaporizers needed a serious makeover, and I created Loto Labs!
I grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. I later earned an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business, in 2013. I’ve served on the boards of several organizations, and have raised capital for a number of companies. When I’m not at Loto Labs, I’m stopping pucks as an ice hockey goaltender, or carving turns downhill skiing.
Andrew Bleloch - Chief Scientist and Co-Founder
I characterize myself as a 'recovering academic.' I enjoying applying my knowledge of physics as an entrepreneur to the pursuit of solving complex business problems. I am currently involved in DNA sequencing, next-generation super-conducting computing, and of course, heat delivery in vaporizers.
I am a recent transplant to Silicon Valley from the UK. My background is in physics, a field in which I’ve published over 100 research papers. My PhD is from Cambridge University.
Gabe Brown - Head of Design and Co-Founder
I’m a multi-media artist, designer, and autodidact. I studied fine arts at the University of Western Ontario and have always been inspired to create. Evoke has been a wonderful medium for artistic expression because it has allowed me to showcase woodworking in a context where modern design meets old-world sophistication.
My work has featured at the gallery “Art du Q” in Quebec. I have also directed two independent films. I currently live in Palo Alto where I build custom wood furniture, and design groundbreaking vaporizers!

My spirit for entrepreneurship, and my passion for all things healthy and outdoors, led me to Loto Labs. When I joined, I knew I was immersing myself with a remarkably innovative company in an exciting and bourgeoning industry.
Before Loto Labs, I founded MFG Communications – a boutique PR firm in Santa Cruz, CA. Prior to that, I spent 10 years as a marketing director for a number companies and nonprofits around the Bay Area. I have an MBA from Dominican University’s GreenMBA program, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Charles Taylor - VP of Corporate Development
I joined Loto Labs at the end of 2015 because of the great people here and the truly amazing products we are working on. I enjoy leading and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments. When I’m not at the Garage Mahal (our office) I’m hiking/running/biking/surfing, or playing hockey, golf, or yoga.
Before Loto Labs, I co-founded wordlink.com – a social news and content aggregator. Prior to that, I spent 10+ years in capital markets with RBC and ScotiaCapital. I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I have an MBA in Investment Management from the John Molson School of Business, and a B.A. from the George Washington University - where I played NCAA Divsion I Golf.
